Policy and updates on VPN usage

Our Stance on VPNs.
We're strong advocates for privacy and anonymity and share a deep concern with most internet users that our rights are being more and more infringed upon with new laws and regulations.
For this we will never outright ban the use of VPNs. We however have to recognize that 100% of scammers and spammers use VPNs to carry out their crimes against innocent members of our community.
What has changed?
Because of the rampant abuse of service that is solely possible with the use of VPNs, we've decided to no longer provide free top-ups to VPN users. VPN users may continue to use service as normal with paid top-ups.
In addition, we're further scrutinizing transactions made using VPNs and Credit cards, blocking keys and reversing paid top-ups issuance based on certain conditions. More information can be found on this here.
Can I still use a VPN?
If you insist on using a VPN or need to, just head over to the Shop and Buy Top-Ups. Paid top-ups will work as normal.
I've been blocked for using a VPN but I'm not using one?
This is a possibility, If you feel you've been unfairly blocked and caught up in our automated system, you may Contact Us and we'll resolve this for you to get you access to free top-ups again.
How will this change anything?
The only way to stop a spammer or scammer is to cost them time and money, this will do both.
Some scammers will just buy top-ups and continue as normal, this is true, but most wont. Forcing them to transact will make it easier for us to identify and remove them before they can get on the lists.
You'll notice the lists will stop being flooded with fake and repetitive usernames. Your top-ups will become more valuable as your usernames will stay on the list longer, not being pushed down due to the excessive fake accounts.
