What is account hopping?
Account hopping is when you have several accounts and move your username through them within a short time period with the intention of getting more free top-ups than you should have.
How do I know if my username is caught up in an account hopping ban?
When you try to top-up, you’ll see a red error message stating "Your username has passed through too many accounts".
How do I get out of it, how long does it last?
Buy Top-Ups or VIP and you’ll instantly be unbanned or wait the 30 day cool down period, then you’ll be able to claim and utilize free top-ups again.
Important: If you purchase to remove the restriction, the username that is blocked MUST be present in the account at the time your private key is redeemed. Moving it into the account after the purchase will not unban the username!
How do I avoid getting caught up in this ban?
Stop creating multiple accounts and trying to cheat.
There are several loopholes like this, all of which are being closed in the upcoming weeks. We have no sympathy for the users getting caught so please don’t request to be unbanned “just cuz”, there is no justifiable reason to be unbanned regardless of how long you’ve used the site.
Top-up thievery devalues the service as a whole, mostly to those who purchase. The value of a top-up such as the amount of exposure and traffic you get from it will increase drastically over the next few months.
Another big perk of this enhancement is that mostly bots, fakes and spammers use these methods, making the lists full of real active people who want to engage.
